Tom grew up in a musical home and in his teenage years began to play an old nylon-string guitar. On moving to San Francisco, Tom began to play guitar, bass and keyboards but concentrated on writing and producing songs. He has owned two recordings studios, where he honed his producing and arranging chops. Over the years, Tom has continued to write songs and produce records for a variety of artists.
